1. What are your operating hours?

Our operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you have booked the EP or Album package, the session can be extended until 12:00 PM.

2. What services do you offer?

We offer professional recording, mixing, and mastering services. We also offer package deals for EPs and albums.

3. How do you handle mixing and mastering during a session?

We recommend including time during your session for mixing and mastering. If you prefer these to be done after your session, it can be arranged at an extra cost of $150 per song, but the price decreases as the number of songs increases.

4. What equipment do you have in your studio?

We have a range of top-of-the-line recording equipment, including the Universal Audio Sphere DLX, Universal Audio Apollo X4, and top-of-the-line plugins.

5. What are your rates?

Our rates are $50 per hour for recording, mixing & mastering. Additional post-session mixing and mastering is available at $150 per song, with discounts for larger numbers of songs. We also offer package deals at discounted rates.

6. How can I book a session?

You can book a session by clicking "Schedule" on our website. We require a deposit to secure your booking.

7. Do I need to bring my own instruments?

While we have some instruments available for use, we recommend bringing your own instruments to ensure you have the exact sound you are looking for.

8. How should I prepare for a recording session?

Ensure your instruments are in good condition and that you've rehearsed your material thoroughly. Feel free to bring any notes or ideas about how you want the final product to sound.

9. What is your cancellation policy?

We require 12-hour notice for cancellations. If you cancel within this period, your deposit will not be refunded.

10. How do I receive my final tracks?

Once mixing and mastering are completed, we will provide your final tracks via WeTransfer.

11. What is the procedure when I arrive for my session?

When you book a session with us, at the designated start time, we will personally meet you in the lobby of our building and escort you to our studio. We will be in the lobby at that time to ensure a smooth and convenient arrival.
